Meet Leigh
Leigh Welsh Gulati, PT, DPT, OCS
I love being a resource of educational, practical, and emotional support for my clients. Seeing someone’s quality of life improve as they gain control over some of the most basic functions of life - peeing, pooping, sex, childbirth, movement - is extremely rewarding.
As a pelvic health and orthopedic specialist, I take a full body approach to evaluation & treatment. I offer virtual & at-home sessions to help make PT as practical for you as possible. And I welcome and enjoy a collaborative approach with other professionals on your team so you get the care you deserve.
My Treatment Approach
I view my role as being your trusty co-pilot.
You decide where you want to go, and I’ll provide a customized roadmap for how to get there.
You’ll do the work to get to your destination, and I’ll be by your side along the way - guiding you back on course when needed, suggesting alternative routes if we’ve come to a dead end, and helping you navigate the road bumps, pot holes, and slow downs that are unavoidable in life.
And you can always change course when it feels right to you.
Things I Believe
Progress, not perfection
Movement is medicine
Put your oxygen mask on first
Motion is lotion
Quality over quantity
You can’t give from an empty cup
