Meet Leigh

Leigh Welsh, PT, DPT, OCS

I love being a resource of educational, practical, and emotional support for my clients. Seeing someone’s quality of life improve as they gain control over some of the most basic functions of life - peeing, pooping, sex, childbirth, movement - is extremely rewarding.

As a pelvic health and orthopedic specialist, I take a full body approach to evaluation & treatment. I offer virtual & at-home sessions to help make PT as practical for you as possible. And I welcome and enjoy a collaborative approach with other professionals on your team so you get the care you deserve.

My Treatment Approach

I view my role as being your trusty co-pilot.

You decide where you want to go, and I’ll provide a customized roadmap for how to get there.

You’ll do the work to get to your destination, and I’ll be by your side along the way - guiding you back on course when needed, suggesting alternative routes if we’ve come to a dead end, and helping you navigate the road bumps, pot holes, and slow downs that are unavoidable in life.

And you can always change course when it feels right to you.

Things I Believe

How Concierge PT with Evexia is Different

It’s more than just the session itself

Customized sessions that fit your life

  • Your needs & goals are the priority - not your insurance company.

  • We will have the time to get deep, collaborate, and problem solve together so you feel confident about getting to where you want to be.

  • Don’t worry about being rushed or passed off to someone else. All sessions are one-on-one & focused on you.

Collaboration with your health & wellness team

  • I believe we all do better in life when there’s a team approach.

  • If you’d like, I’m happy to communicate with others on your care team so we can best support you and make sure you have clarity surrounding your health & wellness.

Convenience & comfort of sessions from home

  • Save time & money by cutting out the travel.

  • Save money by avoiding the need for childcare. (Though depending on their age, childcare may still be helpful.)

  • Come as you are! No need to put on real clothes, do you hair, or even brush your teeth.

  • Practice movements & daily tasks you struggle with in your real environment.

  • Use the exercise equipment & tools you actually have access to.

Communication between sessions for continuous support

  • Don’t waste time or start freaking yourself out by searching the internet. I am here for you!

  • If you have questions about your program, a new symptom comes up, or you’ve read something you’re not sure about, we can start getting you answers before your next scheduled visit.
